Hoshino Resorts Karuizawa/Shinshu area holds recruitment events every month.
We hold online seminars every month that allow you to fully understand Hoshino Resorts in a short amount of time, and facility tours are held every month in the Karuizawa area, where you can actually tour four facilities in the Karuizawa area and experience the working atmosphere at Hoshino Resorts.
The 1-Day Work Experience Program will be based on the theme of "Let's think together about the future of the Karuizawa Hoshino area!" and will involve group work where participants will think together about what kind of area development they would like to see in order to operate the Karuizawa Hoshino area, centered around Harunire Terrace, as a sustainable area.
