Before participating, I had the image of Hoshino Resorts as a "resort company that provides sophisticated customer service," but after participating, I gained a deeper understanding of how, unlike other companies, the same on-site staff handles both the "development" and "provision (customer service)" of products. I became strongly attracted to Hoshino Resorts' unique strengths and values, which allow them to quickly grasp customer needs because they are on the front lines, and use that information to develop new improvement ideas and attractive services.

We also received positive feedback from employees who appreciated the warmth of the employees who approached them frankly, and the organizational culture that allowed even young employees to freely exchange opinions, which helped them form a concrete image of themselves working there.

When I heard the term "self-analysis," it sounded vague and I didn't know where to start. However, I learned that what I truly want to do is a combination of what I like, what I'm good at, and what's important to me. By thinking deeply about each of these things, I was able to learn about aspects of myself that I didn't know before.

I had never focused so intensely on self-analysis before, so participating allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of myself.
It was great to be in an environment where I could talk to people in a friendly and approachable way.

I had barely done any self-analysis yet, so I was able to learn specifically how to proceed and what self-analysis actually entails. I also learned how people who are working went about it, and they provided opportunities for me to ask questions, making it a very valuable experience.

The workshop was incredibly helpful in allowing me to concretely articulate and organize my vague thoughts and strengths. Reflecting on past fulfilling experiences helped me unravel my own behavioral patterns and sources of motivation, allowing me to reaffirm my values, such as "analytical ability" and "the ability to create a positive atmosphere around me." Furthermore, instead of simply writing things down, grouping keywords helped clarify my core values, and I feel I've taken a concrete step towards setting future goals and developing my career.
How did your image of Hoshino Resorts change before and after participating?
