I learned a great deal from hearing opinions and direct feedback on improvement methods from actual business owners. Being able to enter the Tonbo no Yu hot spring for free on the way back was also a wonderful memory!

Through this workshop, I was able to understand and practice Hoshino Resorts' unique process for creating appeal. It was challenging to come up with something unique that our competitors don't have, but that's precisely what made it so interesting, and it made me want to hone my creativity.

(Ritsumeikan University, Faculty of Industrial Sociology / 3rd year student from Kyoto Prefecture)

I found it very appealing to learn about the unique atmosphere created at resorts, and the ingenuity used to offer sightseeing and everyday experiences that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and with different needs, through workshops and tours.

How did your image of Hoshino Resorts change before and after participating?

Many students before participating"A luxurious, somewhat exclusive resort that only the wealthy can afford."I had this abstract image of longing.
However, having actually participated, I realized that the attractive space and high-quality service were the result of thorough market analysis and meticulous concept design."Logical business strategy"Knowing that it is built upon,"A strategic and attractive company"It seems that the image has changed significantly.
We also received positive feedback from employees who appreciated the warmth of the employees who approached them frankly, and the organizational culture that allowed even young employees to freely exchange opinions, which helped them form a concrete image of themselves working there.
