In spring 2026, we plan to open a new facility, Kai Kusatsu, in Kusatsu Onsen, Gunma Prefecture!
The Kai brand is a hot spring inn brand with the theme "Classic yet new," and this is the first time the Kai brand has been established in Gunma Prefecture.
In preparation for our opening, we are recruiting full-time career opening staff.
We will be holding a seminar with selection process in Gunma Prefecture to help those interested deepen their understanding of Hoshino Resorts' basic strategy, career system, and how to work at KAI Kusatsu!
