Our thoughts

It's been over 10 years since Chef Takei opened his restaurant with the idea of ``I wanted to create Italian cuisine using fresh vegetables from Karuizawa.''
Our commitment to vegetables is reflected in the expressions on the faces of our customers. We have heard from local customers as well as customers from far away, saying, ``I came here to enjoy this.''
We hope you enjoy Karuizawa Italian cuisine as envisioned by Chef Takei.
