Re-dyeing fabric used last yearAn installation of 100 colors swaying in the wind

The colorful cloth was dyed with natural materials harvested in Nagano Prefecture, such as knotweed, walnut, madder, and bayberry. Each piece of cloth has a different color, creating a gradation. By re-dyeing the cloth that was displayed last year, the color has become deeper and the texture is softer.

Sustainable workshops

トンボの湯横の「もみの木広場」では、5種のワークショップを開催します。100色の布を制作した作家・solosolo（長野県大町市在住）の「葉っぱと版画のワークショップ」をはじめ、フラワーショップで廃棄されてしまうロスフラワーを使用する「ジェルキャンドルランタンづくり」など、楽しみながら環境にやさしい取り組みを体験できます。
いずれも予約不要ですが、「ジェルキャンドルランタンづくり」は予約もできます。

ロスフラワーのドライフラワーをガラスのキャンドルケースに入れて、何度でも灯せる「ジェルキャンドルランタン」を作ります。
