Sake from 13 breweries in the Saku region gathered together

Every day from 13:00 PM to 16:00 PM, you can sample Hiyaoroshi and Akiagari sakes for free. On weekends, the brewery's chief brewer and staff will visit, and you can hear directly from them about sake brewing and the local area. Enjoy not only the taste, but also the background of sake.

Autumn limited snack set

We are offering "Shinshu Delicacies Assortment" (1 go of sake included, 1,790 yen including tax). You can enjoy autumn sake along with typical Shinshu snacks such as Shinshu salmon sashimi, miso-marinated cream cheese, and pickled Nozawana. *Available from September 9th.

Special event "Sake Pairing Seminar"

We will be holding a "Sake Pairing Seminar" where you can learn in an easy-to-understand manner the basics of sake and how to enjoy it with Japanese food.
The lecturer will be Shiori Yui, the "Shinshu Sake PR Ambassador" who won first place in the National Sake Tasting Championship. She will talk about the appeal of sake and the unique flavors of the region. In addition, the master brewer from a sake brewery in the Saku region will also be on stage, allowing you to hear directly about his thoughts and dedication to sake brewing.
