We will be holding the "Fresh Hop Ale Opening Ceremony" in collaboration with Yo-Ho Brewing. "Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus Fresh Hop Ale 2026" is a special beer brewed with hops harvested that year and available only once a year for a limited time. We will all raise a toast to celebrate the fresh hop harvest.

On Saturday, October 3rd, the "Fresh Hop Ale Opening Festival" will be held at the "Mominoki Plaza" in the Karuizawa Hoshino Area. We have prepared interactive beer-related content that everyone from beer lovers to families can enjoy. At the climax of the event, everyone will raise a toast together!
*At the toast time at 4:00 PM, all participants will receive one glass of the rare "Karuizawa Beer Craftosaurus Fresh Hop Ale 2026" free of charge.

At the Villagers' Diner, we'll be offering a "Fresh Hop Pairing Set" to coincide with the release of our fresh hop ale. The fresh, vibrant aroma and clean bitterness unique to fresh hops pair perfectly with our "Aged Miso Stewed Hamburger Steak Set Meal," which is finished with a sauce made from miso and cheese. Additionally, at Cafe Hungry Spot, you can easily enjoy craft beers available only during this season.
