As the long winter comes to an end, why not use your five senses to feel the awakening of the forest as it prepares to welcome the new greenery? Butterbur shoots emerge from the melting snow, and if you listen carefully, you can hear the chirping of birds breaking the silence of winter. Awaken both your body and mind by taking a relaxed walk while feeling the gentle kindness of spring.
Nordic walking is a walking sport that uses the propulsive force of two poles to engage the muscles of the upper body in a balanced manner. You can expect to burn 10-20% more energy than regular walking. The support provided by the poles makes it difficult to fall, and even those who are not confident in their physical strength can improve their posture and walk more stably. Enjoy a relaxed walk in the nature of Karuizawa.
Join the staff of the Karuizawa Hoshino area and depart from Hoshino Onsen Tombo no Yu, walking along the path alongside the mountain stream.
*Walking time: Approximately 30 minutes
*You will be walking on unpaved roads. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
*Please bring your own Nordic poles. Free rentals are available (for adults, for the first 10 people).Application.
Participants will be provided with a free rental set of bath towels and face towels, so you can enjoy the natural hot spring water.Hoshino Onsen Tombo-no-yu" is also recommended for further refreshment.
*Free rental is only available on the morning of the day. Please pay the bathing fee separately.
