Hoshino Community Base will be holding an Advanced Coffee Course on Knowing the Differences in Taste.

Maruyama Coffee staff will be the instructors, and will convey the depth of coffee through tasting comparisons of different coffees, including the changes in taste that occur depending on the storage conditions of the beans and the equipment used, and the differences in characteristics depending on the country of origin and refining method.

One of the unique pleasures of this course is casual conversation with coffee-loving participants and staff. Come and spend some time relaxing over a cup of coffee. This course is enjoyable for both those who have attended previous courses and those attending for the first time.
