Every autumn, the "Apple Bath" event is held at "Hoshino Onsen Tombo no Yu." The staff of Tombo no Yu collect apples that have finished their role, combine them with potting soil, and cultivate them in a corner of the forest in the Hoshino area to create "apple soil." This soft soil is full of the power to nurture healthy plants and the story of the unique cycle of this land.

Using this "apple soil" as a base, we will be holding a workshop on planting kitchen herbs to add color to your cooking and tea time. The instructor's concept is "Gathering in the forest, playing in the forest, living in the forest."MORIASOBIWe are staff members. You can choose your favorite combination of herbs from several varieties and learn tips for enjoying them at home for a long time.

The pots used for planting are made of non-woven fabric, which offers excellent breathability and water permeability. They can be placed on a kitchen windowsill or terrace, and can also be planted directly into soil, making them suitable for cultivation in various locations.
