On Saturday, October 4th, various events will be held at Mominoki Square in the Karuizawa Hoshino area. Everyone from beer lovers to families can enjoy beer-related events all day long.
*During the toast at 4pm, all participants will be offered a complimentary glass of the rare "Fresh Hop Ale 2025".

Fresh Hop Seminar

The brewer will tell you about the deliciousness of the beer.

The approximately 30-minute seminar by a YOHO Brewing brewer will provide information that will lead to new discoveries, from the basics of beer to the behind-the-scenes of brewing. You can also try a tasting comparison of "Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus Fresh Hop Ale 2025" and the "Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus Pale Ale" from the same series, and learn about the differences and fun of craft beer flavors.
