On October 10th, we will be holding the "Fresh Hop Ale Opening Ceremony" in collaboration with Yo-Ho Brewing. We will celebrate the fresh hop harvest with a toast to the "Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus Fresh Hop Ale 4," a special beer brewed with hops harvested that year and available only once a year for a limited time.

A variety of events will be held leading up to the toast celebrating the fresh hop harvest at 16pm. Everyone from beer enthusiasts to families can enjoy beer-related events all day long.
*At 16pm, we will provide a complimentary glass of "Fresh Hop Ale 2025" for a toast.

Fresh Hop Seminar

The brewer will tell you about the deliciousness of the beer.

The approximately 30-minute seminar by a YOHO Brewing brewer will provide information that will lead to new discoveries, from the basics of beer to the behind-the-scenes of brewing. You can also try a tasting comparison of "Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus Fresh Hop Ale 2025" and the "Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus Pale Ale" from the same series, and learn about the differences and fun of craft beer flavors.
