Harunire Terrace "Organic Wind" - 100 colors of natural fabrics swaying in the spring breezeEvent period 2025/4/28~6/10

Harunire Terrace will host "Organic Wind," an installation of naturally dyed fabrics in 100 different colors swaying in the spring breeze. Sustainable workshops will also be held, and baked goods made from bran, the outer layer of wheat that is discarded during the flour production process, will also be on sale.

Re-dyeing fabric used last yearAn installation of 100 colors swaying in the wind
The colorful cloth was dyed with natural materials harvested in Nagano Prefecture, such as knotweed, walnut, madder, and bayberry. Each piece of cloth has a different color, creating a gradation. By re-dyeing the cloth that was displayed last year, the color has become deeper and the texture is softer.

Sustainable workshops
Five types of workshops will be held at the "Mominoki Square" next to Tombo no Yu. You can have fun while experiencing environmentally friendly efforts, such as the "Leaf and Print Workshop" by artist solosolo (who lives in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture), who has created 5 different colored fabrics, and the "Gel Lantern Candle Making" using lost flowers that would otherwise be discarded at flower shops.
No reservations are required for either activity, but you can make a reservation for the "Gel Lantern Candle Making" activity.
