"Sonmin Shokudo" will be hosting "Karuizawa Sake Terrace," an event where you can enjoy sake from 13 breweries in the Saku region. Why not come to Karuizawa this autumn and compare sakes from the Saku region, one of Shinshu's leading sake-producing areas, to find your favorite?

The venue will feature premium sake from 13 breweries, and sake brewers will be present on a rotating basis. The appeal lies in being able to taste the sake while directly hearing about their brewing process and recommended ways to enjoy it. We have prepared events that can be enjoyed by both sake connoisseurs and beginners alike. Please stop by during your travels under the autumn sky.

Enjoy a tasting of sake from 13 breweries in the Saku region. Six brewers will be present each day, allowing you to hear directly from them about their passion and the characteristics of each sake's flavor. Record the sakes you taste in your "Sake Brewery Tour Notebook" to organize your preferences. You can also purchase your favorite sake on the spot to take home.

Enjoy a pleasant time in a large tent where you can feel the autumn breeze.

A large tent will be set up at the venue so you can relax regardless of the weather. In addition to a tasting corner, there will also be a food and drink area where you can enjoy special sake and snacks while spending a relaxing time in Karuizawa in autumn.

A "Sake Selection Consultation Session" to help you find the sake that suits you.

For those who like sake but don't know what kind of flavor they prefer, we recommend the "Sake Selection Consultation" led by Shiori Yui, the PR ambassador for sake from Shinshu. Using the "Sake Brewery Tour Notebook," you can organize your preferences and together we will find out how to choose the sake that suits you.
