Early summer Japanese sweets: Small hydrangeas made with red bean paste

The concept is "Gather in the forest, play in the forest, and live in the forest."MORIASOBIThis summer, we will be holding a "Hydrangea Dumpling Making Workshop using Piped Red Bean Paste." Why not try making a delicate yet gorgeous sweet that reflects the season?

Each flower-shaped dango is handcrafted by squeezing out the red bean paste, making them almost too cute to eat. With just one bite, a gentle sweetness and refined flavor spreads in your mouth. Inspired by hydrangeas, a flower of this season, we have prepared a skewer with a slightly subdued color scheme based on matcha for adults, and a visually appealing design for children. Even those who have never made sweets before can easily make them, so please feel free to join us.

*The finished product must be consumed on-site. Please note that take-out is not available.
