Karuizawa continues to experience bitterly cold weather. To show our appreciation to the local residents who work hard shoveling snow from early in the morning, we are offering a "Thank you for your hard work shoveling snow" discount.

This service is available exclusively to official LINE members of the Karuizawa Hoshino area on snowy days, and if the snow depth is 10cm or more as of 9:00 AM, the discount rate will be determined based on that amount. Coupons will be distributed via the official LINE before 11:00 AM. We hope to overcome this winter in good health together with the local community. Relax your body with a bath at Tombo no Yu and enjoy a relaxing time with a warm meal at the Village Dining Hall.

• Event period: January 24th to March 31st, 2026 (snow days only)
• Location: Villagers' Restaurant
• Eligible: Official LINE members of the Karuizawa Hoshino area only (please present the coupon at the time of payment)
• Details: Discounts will be applied based on the amount of snow as of 9:00 AM. (10% off for 10-14cm of snow, 20% off for 15-24cm, and up to a maximum of 50% off depending on the amount of snow.)
• Snow depths are based on the values ​​as of 9:00 AM and will not be remeasured or changed after that time.
