Terms of Service

・Please remember to present your membership card when using the facility. You will only be able to use the facility at the discounted rate if you present your membership card.

・Membership card benefits areYou or your family and accompanying personsMembership cards cannot be loaned or transferred to other people.

・If you need to reissue your card due to loss, etc., you will be charged a 200 yen administrative fee.

・If you have not used the service for three years, your registered information may be deleted. If you wish to use the service after that, please re-register with the latest information.

Enrollment Procedures

To apply for membership, please come to the reception desk at Tombo no Yu. Please bring the following documents with you:

・Identification documents (My Number card, driver's license, etc.)

・If you have a vacation home, in addition to the above, please provide documents that can verify your address (utility bill, property tax document)
