This stollen is made by kneading raisins soaked in Western liquor, apricots and nuts boiled with cranberries and black tea into the dough, and fermenting it with homemade sourdough. The spices that determine the flavor and the roman magi bread that gives it a moist texture are original, and the figs simmered in red wine are wrapped and baked.

The dough is kneaded with fermented butter, and is baked with fruits such as oranges, lemons, raisins, and cherries soaked in rum, as well as lots of almonds and walnuts. Why not enjoy Christmas by slicing a little bit every day?
