At the village cafeteria, we will be offering a special autumn menu for a limited time, which will be served on the Shinano Railway's sightseeing train "Rokumon" starting October 25th.

A limited-time set featuring a generous portion of Wagyu beef hitsumabushi served as a course meal.

Enjoy a course meal featuring popular dishes, including a "Seasonal Assortment of 3 Dishes" featuring Shinshu salmon, the villagers' diner's signature dish "Wagyu Beef Hitsumabushi," and even "Onsen Tamago Pudding" for dessert.

A pairing set of two local sakes from Nagano and Niigata prefectures, along with accompanying snacks.

This set allows you to easily enjoy a sake pairing experience on the "Rokumon" train. You can compare local sake carefully selected by the owner of "Jizakeya Miyajima," a specialty sake shop in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, with famous sake from Niigata, a city with which the trains operate.
