At Sonmin Shokudo, we accept reservations for our "Seasonal Chef's Choice" course menu, featuring popular dishes. We offer local Shinshu dishes such as Sanzoku-yaki and Wagyu beef shabu-shabu seasoned with Japanese pepper. We serve you in the "Nagomi-no-Ma" room, which has a sunken kotatsu table on the second floor.
