We'd like to introduce a variety of workshops held at Mori Asobi during Golden Week, where you can enjoy working with materials from the forest. Adults and children alike can have a truly engrossing time.

Create your own unique mask in the forests of Karuizawa

These masks are made from 100% natural materials, created by moistening sun-dried coconut husks and pressing them while carefully observing the unique texture of each piece. Then, natural elements such as nuts and leaves found in the forest are cut and pasted onto the masks for decoration. Focusing on the small details that we usually overlook, selecting materials, and considering their placement, children and adults alike will find themselves engrossed in this dialogue with the bounty of the forest.

We've prepared soft-textured hydrangeas as your choice of floral materials. Select your favorites from a variety of colors and create a candle that captures the essence of spring.
