Job Description | Our service team will be involved in all operations from check-in to check-out, along the timeline of your stay. That's why we are able to listen to actual customer feedback, analyze it, work with colleagues to develop plans, and improve customer satisfaction. The service team's job is to "create a great stay" through multitasking. We are currently recruiting at the following locations. ①Karuizawa Office HOSHINOYA Karuizawa 2. Salary | University graduate/graduate school graduate/Monthly salary of 240,000 yen or more Junior college/vocational school/Monthly salary 200,000 yen or more High school graduate/monthly salary 180,000 yen or more We will consider your age and experience at the time of joining the company. In addition to the above, overtime pay will be paid in full per minute. Salary increase once a year / Bonus twice a year Trial period available (3 months) There will be no change in salary or benefits during this period. |
