The sake from Saku that I discovered at Karuizawa Sake Terrace will be available at the Villagers' Restaurant until the end of October.

The event held on September 18th and 19th, 2026Karuizawa Salmon TerraceIn this event, guests enjoyed various types of sake while chatting with brewers from sake breweries in the Saku region.
Although the event has ended, you can still enjoy the sake from the 13 breweries in the Saku region that were featured at Sake Terrace at the Villagers' Cafeteria.

In addition to choosing and tasting one bottle from 13 different brands, we also offer a "tasting set" where you can enjoy small portions of three different types. You can revisit a brand that caught your eye at the event, or find your favorite by comparing different sakes. Enjoy the sake of Saku at your leisure in Karuizawa this autumn.
