At the Village Dining Hall, where you can feel the coming of autumn through the large windows, we are looking forward to your visit and will be serving dishes made with luxurious mushrooms and autumn harvests.

Autumn duck steamer 2,380 yen

We have prepared a rich and filling broth with moist, tender and juicy duck loin and filling duck meatballs. Enjoy the fragrant 100% buckwheat soba noodles in the broth made with duck stock.

plentySoba noodles with mushrooms 2,280JPY

"Touji Soba" is soba noodles served in a hot pot in a "Touji Basket." This is a typical Shinshu soba dish that can be enjoyed by adding chicken meatballs to a hot pot filled with colorful mushrooms at your preferred timing.

Wagyu beef hitsumabushi 3,900 yen

This dish is a luxurious way to enjoy Wagyu beef. It consists of Wagyu beef stewed to an elegant taste, beef tataki marinated in garlic soy sauce and cooked at low temperature, and finally beef shabu-shabu dressed in a special sesame sauce, served with bonito broth and rice.

Autumn bukkake soba with layered walnut sauce 1,880JPY

This soba noodle dish is topped with maitake mushroom tempura and stir-fried nozawana. First, pour the soba sauce over the entire bowl for a refreshing taste. The rich and mellow walnut sauce hidden at the bottom of the bowl can be mixed to your liking to enjoy different flavors.

Mushroom and vegetable tempura color 2,400JPY

Enjoy fragrant 100% buckwheat noodles made with stone-ground buckwheat flour, along with tempura of marbled oyster mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and other mushrooms.

Tofu salad with colorful pickles and spicy sauce - 1,350 yen

This is a new salad menu item that can be shared. It features tofu as the main ingredient, and is garnished with plenty of sunny lettuce and three types of pickles. Enjoy it with our special dressing that has the aroma of yakitori (chicken with sweet and sour sauce).
