Beef tendon curry with plenty of summer vegetables 1,950 yen
The rich roux, which is infused with the flavor of beef tendons, is topped with colorful summer vegetables such as deep-fried eggplant, zucchini, and peppers. This luxurious dish matches the sweetness of summer vegetables with their spicy aroma.

Summer vegetable and shrimp salad soba 1,880 yen
Cold soba noodles topped with summer vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplants, and okra. Finished with a refreshing dipping sauce made with bonito stock. You can also enjoy a change in flavor with the special sesame sauce hidden at the bottom of the bowl.

Wagyu beef hitsumabushi 3,900 yen
This is a dish that allows you to enjoy Wagyu beef in luxury. Japanese beef shigureni cooked to an elegant taste, beef tataki marinated in garlic soy sauce and cooked at low temperature, and finished with beef shabu dressed in a special sesame sauce and bonito soup ochazuke.
