Marshmallows have a chestnut and caramel flavor that's perfect for autumn. Roast them slowly over time. The trick is to keep them a little away from the heat. If you get too close, they'll burn, so be careful!

Once they have turned a light color, sandwich them between biscuits and chocolate to enjoy the melting sweetness. You can try this out on the banks of Keraike Ice Rink.
