We expect a large number of customers to visit during Golden Week, and we anticipate that you may have to wait a long time to enter the parking lot or enter the store. We ask that you avoid crowded times as much as possible and arrive with plenty of time to spare.

◆ Parking lot
・The parking lots (P2 and P3) near Harunire Terrace are expected to be full between 9 and 10 o'clock. Please refrain from waiting on the public road to enter and proceed to other parking lots.

・It is about an 11-minute walk from the temporary parking lot to the Hoshino area. We also provide transportation by microbus, but you may not be able to board the vehicle between 11:14 and XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., when many vehicles arrive, so we recommend arriving at different times.

◆Village restaurant
・Reception starts at 10:30 and opens at 11:00.
・From around 11:00 to 14:00 and from around 18:00 to 20:00, you may have to wait for more than an hour from reception to being shown to your seat.
・Depending on the congestion situation, reception may end earlier than the last order time (21:00).
・We do not accept advance reservations.
・We would appreciate it if you could set up a phone call when you check in at the store and use your time effectively by walking around the area.

◆Harunire Terrace Restaurant
・You can expect to wait for more than an hour to enter the store from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00.

◆Hoshino Onsen Tombo no Yu
・Use is concentrated between 16:00 and 20:00. Due to the limited number of changing room lockers, you may have to wait in line for 10 to 20 minutes before entering the building.
・You can spend a relatively relaxing time from 9:00 to 16:00.
