How do you spend your holidays?

Tsumura: At first, I struggled with the unusual rhythm of starting work at 6am or 2pm, but once I got used to it, I was able to "enjoy life."I am able to do this. I stay up until the early hours of the morning after work, and in the quiet of the night,I find it quite fun to eat alone on the terrace or to train on my bicycle.Once every two months, I take an overnight trip outside the prefecture by bicycle with friends.I'm going to.

Aoki: I'm also a "night owl" like Tsumura. If I work the late shift, I can spend my days off until late at night with a relaxed mind. When I hang out with my friends from college, I can stay with them until late at night. That's the advantage. Right after I joined the company, I went to hot springs with my colleagues and enjoyed Karuizawa. I'm from Nagano, so I often hang out with local friends. Karuizawa has good access to Tokyo, soYou can go to Tokyo on a whim, even if it's just for a day off.It would be nice to have that.

Mori-san: I also loved working the late shift.Even if I stay at Coco's or Matsunoya until 2am, I can still go to work the next day.So, I have a lot more opportunities to travel than I did in college, and even if I can't take consecutive holidays, if I can get one day off, I play until I'm exhausted and then go to work the next day, and I spend my days off to the fullest.

Sato-san: I make good use of the night, going for a drive in the middle of the night to see the night view.Making good use of paid leave and additional holidays within a two-day weekend systemSo I take a three-day weekend and go on a trip almost every month. As part of his employee benefits, he has been touring and staying at Hoshino Resorts hotels. This is one of the things I look forward to.I went to Bali for a week or so.

About overtime

Aoki-san: After visiting the three facilities, I felt that it really does depend on the facility. While it's inevitable that there will be differences between busy and slow seasons, I don't get the impression that people are working long hours all the time.

Tsumura: Basically, we think about efficiency,Project leader creating a summer food truck from scratchWhen I was working there, I had a lot of responsibility and I had to work overtime for quite a long time. However, even in that situation, I was always thinking about how to make the work more efficient.I was able to experience rewarding work while working with my colleagues.I feel.
